The lease starts in fall xxxx and ends in fall xxxx with the possibility of renewing it. There are 2 rooms available. Both rooms share a big main bathroom. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fireplace, two refrigerators, , a washer and dryer unit, double pained windows, gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and whole house AC cooling and heating. We also have a massive garage, and a beautifulbackyard for hanging out. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood in Harrisonburg about 2 miles from campus, and is a 2 minute walk from the major bus lines. It is a 10 minute bus ride to campus or a 15 minute bike ride. Utilities are split 4 ways, and the owner of the house pays for garbage, 10 percent of the monthly water bill, and does all of the yard work. We have one dog, a Jack Russell terrier, and we cannot have any additional pets unless they are caged, (birds, fish, hamsters, snakes, etc. are ok). So far, the two roommates that are staying here for next year are both female James Madison undergraduates. We are very organized and friendly to others, and we expect that in return. We study and are quiet during the week, and on the weekends we have friends over or throw a party, so this is a great house to live in. Email me if this sounds good or if you have any questions.
