I'm looking to rent the extra bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath house. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room will be shared with myself. I'm a fairly neat and clean individual and don't usually have many people over. There is a washer and dryer available for use and plenty of space in the fridge/kitchen cabinets for your groceries. I don't mind smokers as long as you do it outside. I do have a cat, she's very quiet and never misses the litterbox, which I clean on a daily basis. The room is completely unfurnished, you may want to get a rug as it's a hardwood floor and there are no blinds on the windows at the moment, although that can be remedied.
