Hello, my name is Crystal I'm a single mother of two children, my oldest son is 20 and doesn't live with me and my youngest son is 16, I have two rooms I would like to rent out, I'm asking 500 a month plus deposit, utilities included, I have a two story home, washer and dryer, cable ready, also includes internet. Rooms will be ready in June, although you are more then welcome to contact me before then and come by meet us and see the rooms I have available, the first person to contact me will have first pick of the rooms. I don't have a preference on whether male or female, but I do want someone respectful, and being kind to my child and my animals, we have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so I hope animals are not a problem for you because if they, are then this house isn't for you, we are animal lovers.
