As you can see the room itself is on the smaller side, but with a spacious downstairs and attached bathroom, you'll never notice. New carpeting was just installed in July xxxx and there have been no pets (if you have an animal there is a pet fee). Bathroom shared with male (jack-and-jill style bathroom). I am female and there have never been any bathroom issues. Both current roommates are young professionals. Great room for another young professional, MCV, or VCU student. Close to Metzer Bar & Butchery, Sub Rosa, The Jefferson, Alamo BBQ, and several other trendy restaurants and bars. There is a drive-way and ample street parking. Utilities are not included in the $425, but the absolute most I paid for water/trash, high-speed internet, cable, and electric was $150 in peak months. Therefore, the max you would owe is $575. In spring/fall it is much, much cheaper. Room available May 1st.
