This is one of the few one bedroom apartments in Harrisonburg city that allows for pets and is not student housing. I have great neighbors, a quiet unit, and am close to the pool and the leasing office. The maintenance people in this apartment are awesome and come by if anything needs to be fixed right away. I've only had one minor issue but they are also making improvements around the buildings. It's a great apartment complex for students, young professionals, and families. I am excited to start in a new direction in Blacksburg, VA where I graduated from VT and have a bunch of friends so that is the only reason I am leaving this apartment. The lease goes until November 14th and is $717 per month. I pay an additional $20 per month because of my dog which I will continue to pay when someone takes it over. The $717 covers water and trash. The only other necessary bill is electric which would be transferred over. The pictures show my furniture but I don't plan to leave it furnished at this time. I would like to move out July 1st-15th.
