U. S. Residential Group, a rapidly growing national Multifamily Property Management Company, is searching for the best Maintenance staff in the industry to join our teams at multiple community locations.
Ideal individuals will have the following:
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment
Minimum of 2 years verifiable apartment maintenance or hotel industry experience
Capability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry
Must be available for on-call after hours emergencies
Ability to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out job duties
Reliable transportation required
Ability to conduct preventative maintenance activities and complete service requests for property or amenity repairs quickly and efficiently
