Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Director reports directly to the VP of Sales and is responsible for the management of the sale and closure of all new single family homes in designated communities, as well as for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the home buying process to provide outstanding customer service.
Compensation:
Base w/Commission and Comprehensive Benefits Package

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of designated new home communities, to include staff and processes.
Perform all functions necessary to staff designated new home communities.
Provide training & tips to sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas.
Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies.
Establish Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up.
Attend local real estate events and host company sponsored events.
Display a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilities.
Ensure the model home sites are well maintained and adequately staffed.
Assist staff with all prospect/customer issues, questions, and concerns.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested.
Provide ideas for, and feedback on, marketing initiatives to generate new traffic.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Active Virginia Real Estate License
Basic computer skills
Successful sales experience
Prior new home sales management experience preferred
This position will include weekend hours.
