James Madison University Branch CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union (COFCU) is seeking a Universal Member Service Representative for our branch located on the James Madison University campus. The Universal Member Service Representative (MSR) will ensure a consistent service experience for members and prospects, and that all service interactions are handled efficiently and referrals and sales opportunities are maximized. The Universal MSR will support the focus on creating strong partnerships with the students, faculty and staff of JMU. When you join COFCU, you will immediately focus on learning and understanding the credit union membership, our services and product offerings, consultative selling, branch guidelines and procedures, and performance goals and measurement. Our ideal candidate will have a professional and engaging presence and communication skills, prior service and sales experience, 2 year College degree or equivalent work experience with banking/credit union experience highly desirable.
