Call Center Specialists provide professional and courteous service to Credit Union members and work in a fast paced team environment. Call Center Specialists are responsible for providing account information, referring products and services, and meeting sales and service goals. Call Center Specialists will also perform administrative tasks to complete the full cycle of member service. Qualifications for this position: Ability to demonstrate consultative selling techniques to meet sales goalsMulti-tasking, administrative, and organizational skillsStrong customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOne year Call Center/Financial Institution experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is a plus CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union (COFCU) is a full-service financial institution with over 30,000 members and over $300 million in assets.
