I need peops to go apt hunting with that intend on rooming w me. Ill be able to move come December 13th, but I wont have the JOB until January/ February the latest. I have a job down here and am saving a "rent reserve" for when I get there to split rent and utilities with up to 3 people. The more the merrier. I don't mind sharing an apartment. Rooms however.. rest assured I intend on each of us being able to have our own bedroom. Ill fly up for open houses but otherwise Ill route listings that seem promising to and fro. Whatever you can afford is ok. That will be the parameter for the price range for the apartment search. The total of what we all can afford, I will divide in half and then that will be the maximum amount of rent we will look to pay. This way we each can feel secure in our abilities to procure the next months rent and utilities. I have three dachshunds so I will be bringing them with me. They are loveable little oafs, funny too. If you have a problem with pets, I do apologize. This isn't up for negotiation. I can be a very fun roommate. I'm a gamer, a musician, and I like to go shooting but only at the range. I don't approve much of hunting unless every part of a kill is used in some fashion. I feel like otherwise it is a life put to waste. I like to go dancing. I was born in a half Hispanic family so I speak Spanish. And, I like to travel from time to time. My most recent trip was to New Orleans and I hope to go to Vegas from my 21st birthday come September of xxxx. Any apartment I find will have ample parking, be near some sort of conveniences and either wash and dryer in unit or washer/dryer hook ups. If I can find one with the first months rent free and a gym on it would be even better but those are just perks and I can live w/o them. I could care less if it's an apartment or house. The idea is month to month rent with a month lease. / By all means, get in touch if you are interested and have at least 3 to months for this process.
